Exchange: Available within 24 hours of receiving the order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Return: Allowed only in the presence of the courier at delivery. No returns are accepted after the courier leaves. Shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Inspection: Customers are allowed to inspect the item with the courier before confirming receipt.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
